Terms of Service

Effective Date: 4 August, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INRythm mobile application ("App") provided by Shtrak BG Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Bulgaria. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is intended for individuals tracking Sintrom usage (e.g., for artificial heart valves), but it is not for children.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account using a valid email and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying us of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. App Features and Usage

The App allows:

• Tracking Sintrom dosages, INR levels, setting reminders (daily dose and bloodwork), and exporting data to CSV.
• Push notifications are sent via Expo for reminders.
• General tips (e.g., food/alcohol cautions) are provided for informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Reverse-engineer or modify the App.
• Share accounts or data without permission.

4. Payments and Trial

• The App requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial.
• During the trial, full features are available; no payment info is required upfront.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Payments are processed via app stores (Apple/Google); refer to their terms for billing.
• No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law (e.g., EU consumer rights for 14-day withdrawal).
• We may change pricing with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Medical Disclaimer: The App is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Tips (e.g., on foods/alcohol) are general and not substitutes for professional medical guidance. Always consult your doctor for dosage, INR interpretations, or health decisions. We are not liable for any health outcomes from App use.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for inaccuracies, interruptions, or data loss.

Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months (or €100 if free/trial). We are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Termination

• You can delete your account via Settings, ending the subscription.
• We may terminate for breaches, with notice where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Varna courts, subject to EU consumer protections.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms; changes will be notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
