From inside the app
This is the fastest way and works on both iOS and Android:
- Open the INRythm app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and synced data are removed immediately.
By email
If you can no longer access the app — for example, you've already uninstalled it or can't sign in — send a deletion request to inrythm@shtrak.bg from the email address registered to your INRythm account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
Please include the subject line "Delete my INRythm account" so we can spot the request quickly.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your email address and authentication record
- All dose entries and INR results you logged
- Reminders, schedules, and personal settings
- Any notes or annotations attached to entries
Anonymous, aggregated diagnostic logs that cannot be tied back to you may be retained for a short period to operate the service, then discarded.
Local data on your device
Deleting your account removes the copy on our servers. Any data cached on your phone — for example, history you can see while offline — stays on the device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage in your phone's settings.
